Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order along with the receipt, and exchange it with a voucher or another product of the same value. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. The products you wish to return must be in perfect condition along with all its parts and accessories, and the package closed. In case you open the product package make sure to also return it in excellent condition. 

• In the case that the returned product is returned to us via courier, you are responsible for the products delivery fee, unless the product falls within the guarantee issue due to defective construction.
• We do not offer cash refunds.
• Cheques are not accepted as a method of payment.
• Our returns policy does not affect your legal or statutory right in any way (e.g your right to return items which are faulty or are not as described).
• The exchange or return of products is assured, provided that the merchandise is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
• Products returned using a gift receipt are exchanged at current selling prices.
• We cannot accept any liability if a Credit Note or Gift Voucher is lost, stolen or damaged.
